Winter 2010: Moon series

These drawing were inspired by the view across the field east of the house in Canaan, Connecticut on a windy evening in October.

The wind was whipping around the trees and bushes and the clouds were speeding and swirling in the moonlit sky.

Medium: Acrylic Glazing Liquid (Satin), Golden Mediums
Pigments: Black Walnut (Sharon, CT), Charcoal, Grasses, Limestone (Canaan, CT)
Surface: Unbleached Linen
Mounting: Mounted on canvas board using Neutral pH Adhesive, Linecon, Inc
